Returns

At Easy Feel, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality products at an affordable price. Please remember that it may take a few days or even a week or so for you and your baby to learn how to comfortably use the products. If you need help or experience any difficulty in using your product, Please do not hesitate to contact us at support@easyfeelproducts.com.

We have a simple return policy of 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Allow us 10 days time to process the return request and issue you a new product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box/packaging. We offer a one-time exchange for new and unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt of product. 

Please note: Buyers outside India, who want to exchange, will have to pay for shipping back to Easy Feel (India) and also pay Custom Duties, Taxes and Clearance charges once it lands in India and also have to pay for shipping back to their country.

If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it and we will issue you a new product. You just need to return the merchandise in unused manner in the original box / packing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange an exchange. In case of any manufacturing defect, please bring it to our notice within 15 days from the date of receiving. Any issues arising after 15 days from the date of receiving cannot be taken into consideration. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Sale items
Only regular priced items shall be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged or cancelled.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
